In this episode: We open with the absolute circus that was the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, especially regarding TX Senator Ted Cruz and TN Senator Marsha Blackburn proving to be absolute embarrassments engaged in political theater. In our main segment, an onslaught of anti-trans bills are being introduced and passed across the US, but with a glimmer of hope as Utah and Indiana Governors vetoing trans sports bills, however all but certain to face veto overrides. FFRF East TN Chapter receives hate mail after the national organization targets crosses placed on government property in Elizabethton TN. Our ACAB comes out of New Jersey when a black man is shot 4 times by cops in unmarked vehicles, masked, and in plain clothes.
