Kim is an instructor of English and Psychology at Cisco College, has 3 children and is an avid autism blogger: Autism Blogs Directory. Their goal is to relay what supporters of the proposed ICD-9 believe this will mean, and ease the fear that some have of abusive tactics resulting from this added code.
