This week, we explore the world of wine, beginning with a master class on Champagne with Alice Paillard, CEO and Proprietor at Champagne Bruno-Paillard. Martin Kaiser, Deputy Director of Viticulture/Enology, Dona Paula (Mendoza, Argentina) talks about growing grapes at high altitudes and the rise of Argentine wine among global retailers.
