Sadie discusses her new book 'The Hidden World of a Foster-Girl". An open and honest account of growing up in the Irish Foster Care system. She overcame crippling anxiety, mental health issues and dyslexia to become a published author, Special Needs Assistant and pretty cool all-round wife, mother and friend to many.

It's great to see that Sadie has come a long way from the terrified 9 month old baby who hated to be held and the adolescent who struggled with school and relationships.
