Imagine waking up in pitch darkness and suddenly realizing you are completely paralyzed from head to toe.
You try to scream…. but can’t. The only scream you can conger is the one in your head.
Your eyes begin to dart back and forth, desperately trying to find a way to call for help….but no one comes.
You are alone, trapped inside your own body.
And when your heart feels as though it will lunge right out of your body… That's when you see it.
That dark shadow that is leaning right over you.
This is Sleep Paralysis.
But why does sleep paralysis occur and why does it come with these scary visions?
Tonight we're going to go over some of the scarier sides of sleep paralysis, folklore, ghosts, aliens and of course no episode is complete without some science to ruin it all for you!
