The business has weathered countless storms – challenges brought about by Brexit and Covid were quickly followed with rising raw material costs, supply chain issues and sky-high energy bills. However, Ciara and her team have demonstrated grit and resilience in protecting the business, focussing on growth, and improving efficiencies. This has resulted in an impressive 24 months of growth, with sales increasing by 130%.
