Mark Molder is a seasoned teacher with the Halton District School Board whose first experience with real estate investing in the early 2000s was not a good one.
As a result, he avoided it for years, until he surrounded himself with the right people and has since experienced a lot of success with owning rental houses. His math background has also lent well to his investments in cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin.
Outside of the classroom, he uses his teaching skills to do private tutoring and has recently launched a financial literacy course to share his knowledge and skills with young people.
In this episode, we chat with Mark about his initial real estate flop, getting back into the game, and how he has leveraged his passion for teaching mathematics to creating other streams of income.
