Meg Berryman is an empowerment coach and yoga teacher who previously worked in the international development sector. In this episode, we talk birth and maternity care in the Gaza Strip, Timor and Africa, and how she has coped with aid worker guilt. Meg also discusses how burnout, Adrenal exhaustion and auto immune disease was a catalyst for resilience and growth.
