This week we meet Alisa Hampton. She has an amazing background as a Muay Thai practitioner and coach, a person trainer, yoga instructor AND a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We walk through her experiences transitioning and mixing all of these forms of fitness and martial arts and how they have worked together to for her Journey.
