Kettle Falls Five/ Rolland Gregg: The Feds choose to ruin the lives of a family who use medical marijuana, putting together an outrageous case and abusing so-called evidence. Usually the state is unknowingly assinine and abusive of your rights. Sometimes, its small-minded power-crazed officials are knowingly malevolent.
