For only the second time in the history of the United States, there has been an assassination attempt against a Supreme Court justice. On June 8th 2022, a man was arrested near the house of Justice Brett Kavanaugh with plans to assassinate him following the leaked draft of the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v Jackson Women’s Health Organization.
