At the age of 13, boys become men in the Jewish world, they become bar mitzvah. This is a huge undertaking and involves planning, tutoring, learning a new language, public speaking, giving back to the community, and a whole lot more. You know that saying everything I really need to know, I learned in kindergarten...... well that could apply to bar mitvah too.
