Dave shares his beginnings as a homebrewer, his move from California to Columbia County, and the eventual decision to turn his hobby into a business. They touch on the importance of local events, community involvement, and the brewery's evolution, from its humble start in a pole barn during the COVID-19 pandemic to the dream of expanding in the future.

Dave also mentions his collaboration with renowned chef Jill Ramseier, who will add a new dimension to the brewery's offerings by developing an elevated pub food menu.
