(01:50) The #4 reason people get fired is because they don't contribute their fair share OR they don't understand expectations
(02:58) Employees may think they're doing their best, but leaders may have a different definition of "best contribution"
(03:35) After about 36 months in a job, most people get complacent and their engagement starts to drop
(04:15) The best leaders anticipate this drop and move people into new roles before their contribution lessens
(04:53) If you don't have a leader helping you with this, you need to disrupt yourself to find new challenges
