You have numerous characters within you
Everyday, we make a decision on what character we will BE.
If we do not intentionally choose our character, we allow the circumstances of our life to choose for us.

STRATEGIES TO CELEBRATE LIFE:

KNOW: Honestly identify the conditions of your life. Perform a self-assessment of the current character or role you have been playing in your own life. Identify the pros and the cons of your current state or character.
UNDERSTAND: To gain a better understanding and perspective, discuss the pros and cons of the current role you have been playing with a trusted professional or friend. Consider this question: Are you productive within your current character or do you fail to execute? Understand that you are the director, producer, co-star and main character of your life - act accordingly and hold yourself accountable!
PLAN: Trash your old script. Create or envision the version of yourself that is accomplished and highly skilled. Create a routine that will help you maintain the heart, mind, body and soul of your new character.
ACT: Make the daily decision to produce, execute and remain discipline!
