Cee has worked in and out of the fitness industry for 19 years and after many souls, searching has created a program for people to find a more meaningful, lasting lifestyle change through using mindful meditation. A daily meditator for the past 12 years, Cee has found that mindful living and fitness have contributed not only to a more pleasant work/life balance but has also brought more peace within, given the crazy pace at which everything around us moves.

We can equip ourselves with skills to manage our emotions in such situations to be able to respond confidently. We do not need to be controlled by the circumstances.
