Fear can intersperse action in our brains that letting us regulate emotions, read non-verbal cues and other information presented to us, consider before acting, and act morally. This affects our thinking and decision-making in negative ways, leaving us proneness to intense emotions and impulsive reactions.

Whether our fears are real or imagined, coming from outside or inside us, let us turn in faith to our Lord to help us face and overcome our fears. Fear is from the evil one. The antidote to fear is a trust which comes from the Holy Spirit. The truth is Jesus is the way, our hope and we need to spend time alone with God because by faith will be free from fear.. we can be fearless.

It is God's love that washes away all our fears.
