Project 432 is Aleph's awareness and education initiative to inspire current and emerging generations to achieve the highest Torah and legal standards and build lives of integrity and peace of mind.
Rabbi Yossi Charytan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Yossi’s first teaching job was at TDS in Houston in 1999. In 2003 he became the Principal and then Head of School at MMSC Day School and held the position for ten years. Yossi then transitioned to become the Elementary Principal at Rabbinical College of Canada from 2013 to 2015. Following this, he served as an Educator at Yaldei Developmental Center from 2016 to 2021 after which Rabbi Charytan joined The Aleph Institute.

The host Rabbi Yerachmiel Garfield Ed.D. is the Head of School of the rapidly growing Yeshiva Toras Emes in Houston Texas. He has previously served as a mesivta rebbe, assistant menahel, school counselor and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University. In addition, he has written on chinuch topics for national publications, educational journals, and has presented multiple workshops. He is the founding director of the Yeshiva Leadership Group which provides networking and growth opportunities to Yeshiva school leadership.
