Numbers for anxiety and depression are at an all time high amongst the young adults, youth, and even children in today's day and age. It also just so happens that we are now in an era where days of our lives are documented, recorded, and shared for the world to see. We are able to "flex" and show our happiest moments but what we often neglect to share is our down moments. From the outside looking in, you'd think most people lived perfect lives, had no issues, and that brings feelings of insecurity when we get caught up in the comparison of "why is my life not as great as their's?". In this episode we touch on more scripture than we ever have, as we don't truly have the answer needed to solve this current puzzle.
