In this episode, we speak to Meditation Coach Anishka Bagla on everything related to meditation. Anishka was raised in India and she imbibed the philosophies of yoga and meditation from a very young age.

Her exposure to various spiritual teachings gave her the tools to break away counter-productive habits while cultivating new positive ones. With a mind that was flexible she was able to stretch the body and the soul to unleash its optimum potential.

In 2013 she took to the physical form of yoga and pranayama. Soon she realised how this drastically improved her meditation and her ability to understand herself better. This lead her to studying deeper into understanding our bodies.

- benefits around meditation

- types of meditation practises

- how you should approach meditation as a beginner

- Pranas and Chakra Healing

- her experience starting her venture Soul Side Wellness
