Jordan Williams, real estate investor turned coach, had to learn how to attract leads even as an investor. He needed a pipeline of individuals who wanted to sell their houses so that he could find deals to build his real estate portfolio. At first, he was not successful when he started attempting to attract leads.
Eventually though, he learned a framework that allowed him to begin attracting exactly the people he needed to grow his real estate business, and eventually coaching business, from there.
