Abigail Morgan Prout has worked as a Co-Active Leadership Coach for the last 23 years, helping thousands of clients hone their leadership presence and impact. For 8 years Abigail has served as faculty for the Co-Active Training Institute, leading their coaching and leadership courses, serving for a spell on the Faculty Development Team. She is the founder of Spiral Leadership, a pioneering feminine forward, nature based course via online and in person retreats. Currently she is passionate about the power of the pen, specifically using poetry and creative writing as a way to cultivating leadership and speed personal growth and transformation. She is the author of "Walk Deep" which won the 2021 Homebound Publications Poetry Prize, the Nautilus book Award, and is currently nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Abigail lives on the small island of Lopez in Washington state with her husband, two children, and their black lab, Bella.
