Drew is a New York Times best seller author, keto guru, and truly an inspiration. In 2011 he purposely gain close to 80 pounds in 6 month and then went to lose the weight to better understand what his personal training clients were going through. Recently in 2020 he revisited this experiment to bring more empathy to the fitness industry.
