There is a weird energy in the studio today, and it may just be that Mike is in a good mood. So it's time for us to ask if LinkedIn recruiters are undermining their own professional image (or just confirming their lack of one) with their online rollercoaster ride of emotions? It's a race to the bottom on LinkedIn as recruiters compete to become the most hated people on earth and we are here to call them on it!

Why are we still debating overemployment? Why are we screaming a job seekers?

Once we are down with our discussion of the bad recruiters, we talk about the need to create faux outrage- especially at the expense of recruiters. They are doing enough to themselves, do we really have to pretend they showed up at your house and ripped your resume up and threw it in your child's face?

Finally we discuss a dangerous viral video making up stories about recruiters and their use of AI. Always remember to listen to experts

In This Episode:

5:05- Recruiters losing their minds

7:50- Let's open the Overemployment debate again

12:27- A recruiter post that deserved to be deleted

20:15- Faux outrage on Linkedin

33:55- Dan extends the episode by discussing a viral video he hated
