Today we started a conversation about the Enneagram. We speak about what the Enneagram is and how this tool can help us be a better version of ourselves. It's a great introduction without getting too technical. Kate tells us a little about how she has used her knowledge to show up differently both in her own thoughts but also in her relationships with others.
Kate Jackson is a Wellbeing Coach an owns her company www.ensowellbeing.com. Kate works with men and women both individually and in corporate environments to help reframe mental patterns that help us live a more empowered life. She volunteers her time with Daisy Camp in teaching workshops based on the teaching of the Enneagram.
