We are joined today on the show by Bava Srinivasan to discuss and share his knowledge on Acquiring An Off-Market 25-unit Multifamily Portfolio Out-of-Province.
Bava is a successful real estate investor, with a passion for personal growth and mindset. He was born and raised in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, before moving to Canada at the age of 18 for school.
After completing his degree in Sydney, NS, he travelled around Canada before settling in Montreal. In 2019, while working full-time, Bava started his real estate journey and to date, he has built a portfolio of single-family, multi-family, and student rentals, and is currently working on some partnership deals.
Bava believes in the power of a morning routine and begins his day with meditation, exercise, and reading. Bava's motto is "LET's GROW TOGETHER" which reminds him to continue to be dedicated to sharing his knowledge to help others achieve financial and mental growth.
