If you deny yourself on the micro level, what does that mean on the macro level?
For someone who thought themselves to be doing well, the reality was I’ve had very little dreams come true.
I’ve had cancelled dreams, parked dreams, suspended dreams. And even ones that did come true, weren’t for foundationed on my truth, so became fleeting and then gone.
Until I started depatterning, did I realise that this was a reflection of self-denial across the board, because all I've known is to empty my life and identity out to accommodate and please others.
As the saying goes, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy....
