Sean Robinson, 39 year old father, husband, electrician, firefighter, author, speaker, and coach.
At the end of 2020, he reached my personal worst. He was 320lbs, cynical and negative in almost every way and waiting for my situation to just fix itself.
Through a series of personal goals and achievements, over a period of time, he has been able to stop drinking alcohol, maintain a healthier lifestyle, become more positive and encouraging, running his first half-marathon and lose over 100lbs.
Through habit formation and setting micro goals, he has been able to reprogram my mindset and my life to be more like the person I wanted to be.
Through his book about journaling and sobriety, his personal coaching, weekly wellness newsletter, blog and all of my video content, he is always in pursuit of helping the person he used to be and anyone along the way that can relate.
