Thomas is a highly experienced professional in user research within the automotive industry, equipped with a strong academic background in psychology and engineering. In his current position, Thomas actively advocates for product solutions that prioritize end-user needs and preferences. He consistently develops innovative user-elicitation methods to cater to unique research demands and collaboratively engages in all phases of user research based on stakeholder requirements.
Before Lotus, Thomas was a Director of HMI/UX at Geely Auto Technical, Co-Program Manager at Luxoft Consulting Germany, Senior Human Factors Engineer at Harman International, a Mentor UX Design at CareerFoundry, and had a couple of different roles at Continental Automatic.
