In the interview, Melissa traces her story from starting a small Etsy shop out of her home to positioning it for a profitable exit several years later. After selling her company, she realized just having more financial resources did not equate to a more balanced, grounded life. This initiated a season of exploration for Melissa. She also hosts virtual meetups to connect with others on this journey. It was inspiring to hear her vision for creating spaces that honor every facet of a woman’s life.

Both Sara and Melissa emphasized the importance of surrounding yourself with others who believe integrated, soul-led lives are possible amidst the demands of business and family.
