In this Episode I cover verbal abuse and the short and long terms effects it has on a person. In addition, I cover anxiety and how verbal abuse creates anxiety in a person.
If there is anyone in danger please contact someone for help. As always, I not a counselor just a person who has gone through an abusive marriage who wants this subject to come to light and wants to bring other men/women forward to stop this crime.
