Build Your Spirit-man By Fasting

All the power, knowledge, understanding, healing and TRUTH is inside of you. But we have been systematically disconnected from this powerful inner resource, and hence disempowered by the countless distractions that we encounter in the outside world. But we have entered a season when your very survival depends on how clearly you hear the Most High Creator, who communicates with us through a silent voice inside of us. The only way to hear this voice and be led by it, is through your inner man. The only way to connect to your inner spirit man is by empowering him. In order to empower your inner man, you must disempower your flesh and mind and this can only happen through fasting! In this age of enlightment when so much knowledge is available to us and so many paths are being opened up for us to follow, the only way to know what is true and what is right is through your own inner knowing, which comes by strengthening our spirit man.
