Bonnie Schneider is joined by Daniele Angeli, founder and CEO of Molo17, to discuss his company's recent sailing adventure from the Grand Canary Island to Saint Lucia. Along with a winemaker and three-star Michelin chef, the Molo17 team collected data on temperature, pressure, speed, humidity, engine telemetry, and fuel consumption while also tracking wine fermentation using IoT technology and Couchbase Capella.
