In this video, we'll be exploring the question of whether or not women should participate in combat sports.
Our guest speaker, Nathascha Chen, an experienced combat sports athlete, will share her journey of how she first got interested in the sport and how it has impacted her confidence and self-esteem.
Before diving into the topic, we'll get to know The Princess and ask her why there's a perception that combat sports are more for men than for women.
She will also discuss the benefits that women can get from participating in combat sports and the challenges they might face when starting.
We'll also discuss whether women should have their own separate combat sports leagues or compete against men, and our guest speaker will provide advice to women who are interested in trying out combat sports but are intimidated by the physicality of it.
We'll also explore the misconceptions people have about women who participate in combat sports and whether women face more scrutiny than men in the sport.
