This week we look at your employment rights, when age discrimination might be at play and we’ll then look at two cases from employees who are thought to be the oldest and youngest people to win age discrimination cases at employment tribunals.

By understanding your employment rights and the mechanisms available to challenge age discrimination, you are more able to protect yourself at work.
