I know the title may seem daunting but hear me out.
One of the first episodes I shared on my podcast was about learning to love yourself, however I recently realized that I forgot the most important thing. Before you learn to love yourself, you have to first learn how to prioritize yourself. Some people would say that it is selfish which I wholeheartedly disagree with. As each of us has only one life to live and if you cannot prioritize yourself, how do you expect to grow? Today's episode is all about how I am learning to be selfish in my own life whilst sharing all these tips and tricks with you all!
