An L&D professional with over 15 years of experience, Sandra enjoys collaborative consulting to uncover performance improvement opportunities. She leads efforts to build, implement, and facilitate hard and soft skill training programs, onboarding journeys, and feedback cycles. Sandra credits her M.S. in Education as the foundation for successful program design in a variety of industries (sales, manufacturing, pharma, hospitality, banking, and computer applications). Her programs have received awards & recognition, and consistently achieved target KPIs and ROI.

Sandra discovered Mindfulness through a series of subtle, unfolding experiences that led her to purposeful research and certification during COVID lockdown. Even though Sandra adopted Mindfulness practice for personal benefit, she recognizes its value at work and now infuses it into nearly every program she designs. And she has hosted women's retreats to share Mindfulness techniques for stress management and self efficacy.

On a personal note, Sandra enjoys weaving, reading, watching documentaries, and hosting family game nights. Bonus family member Banksy (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) is always nearby clowning around or fighting for a warm lap at the end of the day.
