Joe's real estate journey spans 18 years, marked by resilience and adaptability. When the market took a turn in 2008, he seized the chance to master short sales and bank-owned property negotiations, thriving amidst adversity. His pivotal role as a HUD listing broker in 2014 led him to spearhead the sale of hundreds of REO properties, prompting the formation of a proficient team to manage the increasing workload.

In 2017, Joe established his team at Keller Williams, swiftly propelling them to become the top-producing force in their market center. A strategic move to eXp Realty the following year saw him instrumental in founding the eXp Olympia Branch. Amid personal challenges, including a 2019 diagnosis of kidney failure due to an autoimmune disease, Joe maintained a positive attitude. The turning point arrived in August 2021 with a successful kidney transplant, generously donated by his close friend and fellow eXp Realty Agent, Brandon Stephens. Thanks to the support of his family and friends and the eXp model, Joe was able to take a step back and focus on his health without jeopardizing his team's business.

Within the realm of eXp Realty, Joe's business flourished. His team's success not only bolstered transactions but also enabled him to mentor budding agents, sharing his extensive expertise with the next generation.
