Meal prep chef Amber Marie Jones, better known as "Prepping with Peppers", discusses the importance of healthy eating. Research indicates good nutrition across the lifespan helps prevent chronic disease. She also addresses the myths that healthy food tastes bad. Her business provides savory meals and heathy snacks as an ideal source for a range of essential nutrients including protein and fiber. Amber stresses it’s never too late to make dietary improvements to support healthy aging. Jim Aneszko, owner and CEO of AnyTime Fitness, also discusses the importance of exercise and nutrition as we age which helps to lower blood pressure, lower the risks of falls and serious injuries (such as hip or wrist fractures), and slow the body's loss of muscle and bone mass.
