Through self awareness and self talk Diandra recognizes how old patterns and old thoughts resurfaced as a catalyst for change, with the support of higher guidance. We also share how the energetics of emotions manifest with the desire to be acknowledged, seen and moved through for deep healing and greater embodiment.
