Diandra discovers communication, self honesty, and being confident in who you are, are key components to remain in harmony within oneself regardless of the setting we are in.
As we grow we become aware of behaviors we’ve been playing out since childhood. As we continue doing the inner work and our self awareness grows, our eyes open to new perspectives and choices.
We are not our traumas. The choice is ours to take our power back and live in alignment with our current reality!
