In today's episode Ben & I talk about Deadly Ransom, episode five of Captain Planet and the Planeteers. The episode centers around a plot by villains Duke Nukem & Dr Blight to take Captain Planet hostage in an effort to coerce the Planeteers to bring them nuclear waste. The initial hostage taking goes off without a hitch but the Planeteers ultimately foil the plot. How much of what the show teaches about nuclear energy and waste is nonsense? Tune in and find out.
