Prayer continues to be essential. Initially, prayer creates a connection with God. A second consideration of prayer is that all people have sinned; confession brings a deeper intimacy with our Heavenly Father. Third, there is the matter of gratitude. Gratitude enables us to concentrate on the positive aspects of our lives. Finally, it’s important to remember that prayer isn’t just about our needs; we should also intercede for others. Each prayer strengthens our friendship with God and can build and grow God’s kingdom and church.
