Bukamu Dube was born and raised in Zimbabwe by entrepreneurial parents. She went on to have a successful training career and is now a Director at Job Skills Training Academy in Perth Western Australia. Bukamu has embraced her capability and skills to develop, implement and deliver training solutions to many people.
Bukamu is an experienced VET and Safety Professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in training. She is an established leader with a positive can-do attitude that promotes employee engagement to create high performance results. Bukamu is skilled in customer service, leadership and mentoring large teams across multiple locations, driving safety outcomes through continuous improvement, building and maintaining strong relationships.
In this episode Bukamu shares tips on how you need to work on yourself as well as your business to thrive. She insists you shouldn't wait for the right opportunity, they don’t exist. Take calculated risks but do not wait. Day one is better than day none.
