Beth tells us about her transition from sports massage therapist to bike mechanic & shop owner, and how Frontier is working to bridge the gender gap in bike shop culture. She gives us advice on how women can build community through their local bike shops, and also why you should be lifting heavy in the gym to get faster on your bike.
