In this episode Melissa and Educator and Mentor Ramita Anand chat about a proactive approach to empowering young girls in the pre-teen and teen years when they are most vulnerable yet open to remarkable break throughs. Ramita combines her experiences as an educator and a parent of a child diagnosed with autism, to provide us with insights to how we support the growth of our children, aid our own growth and celebrate differences.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀:

🔸We can teach children to chase dreams from an early age even if we didn’t

🔸This is the best time to establish positive traits in early in development.

🔸Parents are always role modeling expectations and what “success” looks like

🔸Accepting difference is a journey, seek community

🔸Growth in adults = unlearning and this helps our children grow.
