Lester Kiewit speaks to Dr Rebecca Simson, a lecturer in economic and social history at Oxford University, about a study they have conducted looking at inherited wealth in South Africa. And it clearly shows there is still a massive economic divide based on racial lines entrenched by apartheid, and that democracy has done little to close this gap.
