In Episode 09, I tell the story of when I ran away to Montreal to become an MMA Fighter and how I was a missing teen. I consider myself lucky for nothing bad happening to me and for having friends and family that cared about my overall wellbeing. I wish to share my story to create awareness about mental health issues and how they are just as real as regular health issues.
