In Episode 22, Lee-Anne Richardson From Addicted To Happy, Addictions Advocate and Content Creator talks about her YouTube channel Addicted To Happy where she posts videos that encourage and help people in their sobriety. We talk about her personal story with alcohol and how she's been able to stay sober for 8 years and also her project Sober City Halifax and how she created a support group that meets on Zoom each week to help share their stories and struggles. The focus was not just on alcohol, but also food, as I share my struggles with food addiction and some recent progress I have had in that battle.
