Welcome to the 51st episode of Guerrillapreneur: The Art of Waging Small Business Warfare. In this episode, I complete my interview with Robert Armstrong, the CEO of the Selma Good Company and producer of G Momma Cookies. Armstrong launched G Momma Cookies from his kitchen and distributed them in as many as 2,500 stores. In 2018, the cookie started to crumble. Robert shares the lessons he learned from expanding too fast on the backs of partners who were not as reliable as he needed them to be. This is an emotional and touching episode. If you have ever built a business, grew it and then had to close it down, you know the pain Robert speaks of in this episode.
